At VeeGee Industries, we are relentless in our pursuit for technological superiority. Our 6 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Haryana & Gujarat – India, span across an area of 1.2 million square feet and are equipped with cutting edge Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Equipment to produce high volumes of consistent quality Automotive & Engineering Products.
Our plants have upto 1200T Stamping and 4.3 million Meters/Annum Roll Forming Capacity, Automated Robotic Welding, CNC Machining Centres for processing both Ferrous & Non Ferrous metals. We also have progressive Surface Treatment facilities for both Electro Deposition(ED) and Powder Coating.

As one of the industry’s oldest plants with advanced technology, VeeGee’s Plant 1 is equipped to produce a wide range of Sheet Metal Stampings. The plant has 35 Stamping Presses – Mechanical and Hydraulic, "H" Frame and "C" Frame, with capacity ranging from 400 Tons to 1200 Tons; Coil Blanking; Roll-Forming; Die Spotting etc.
The Plant excels in managing end-to-end stamping processes and its spacious layout allows for efficient Stamping & Roll-Forming operations.

VeeGee Plant 2 is a dedicated facility for Robotic MIG/MAG Welding, Spot Welding, Projection Welding & Stud Welding. The facility has multiple Robotic Lines with automated Jigs installed with extensive Poke Yoke measures for ensuring quality. Rigorous Destructive Testing Modules ensures consistent Welding Quality.
Certifications
The plant acts as a feeder plant for Plant 2 and acts as the Mother Plant for meeting the Spare Parts Requirements of our Automotive Customers. The plant is equipped with Stamping upto 800 tons and requisite Robotic and Manual Welding.

VeeGee Plant 4 works with a Technical Assistance Agreement with F-Tech Japan manufacturing High Safety Products viz – Front & Rear Suspension Assemblies, Brake Pedal Assemblies and Clutch Pedal Assemblies for both Domestic (RHD) and Export (LHD) Vehicles.
Besides Stamping Lines, Robotic Welding Lines and Assembly Lines the Plant also has an ED Coating Facility which is recognized by Honda R&D Asia Pacific meeting Honda TR006 and TG4 Paint standards. The Plant also serves as a nodal job-work facility for Painting of Spares for Honda Cars.
The plant also produces Pre-Tensional Tubes (PTT) for Safety Seat Belts which are manufactured on a fully Automated Line.

Our largest manufacturing plant, VeeGee Auto Components Pvt Ltd is a self-reliant facility with all Key-Processes such as Stamping, Robotic Welding, Paint and Assembly available in-house.
VGAC is manufacturing High Safety Products viz – Front & Rear Suspension Assemblies, Brake Pedal Assemblies and Clutch Pedal Assemblies; Critical BIW Parts such as Member Steering Support, Panel Dash, Wheel Housing etc for both Domestic (RHD) and Export (LHD) Vehicles.
